My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location is superb, close to a variety of restaurants and right by the beach. The rooms were clean and comfy, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The dining options were a bit limited but satisfactory. The pool area was well-maintained and a great place to relax. The pricing was reasonable, but it would have been better if Wi-Fi was included for free.
The hotel offers key card access to the rooms, which is convenient, though the room size is a bit small. We encountered a delay due to a flooded room, but eventually got moved to a clean one.
The hotel provided clean and comfortable rooms, with very friendly and professional staff. However, there was a delay in addressing room issues. The location was convenient, near a mall and fast-food options, but in need of updates.
